Ka. 6749/2009/A8 dt 30.7.2010 and quash the same consequently directing the 1st respondent to cancel the patta issued in the name of the 2nd respondent in respect of S. No.103/69 insofar as it states that 'admittedly the second respondent is in possession of the property' by expunging the same by allowing the Writ Appeal.
