This is a petition to condone the delay of 12 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 05.07.2019 passed in MCOP No.1537 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/ Additional District Judge, Namakkal.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
