ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register and investigate the complaint submitted by the petitioner on 11.5.2015 in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is being conducted in C.S.R.No.512 of 2015 by the respondent police. On a complaint being given by one Raja against this petitioner, the petition enquiry is being conducted by Crime Section of the same respondent police in C.S.R.No.511 of 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.512/2015 and C.S.R.No.511/2015 together and take action in both complaints in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
