C.M.P.No.3587 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay of 195 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 8th review petitioner in Review Petition No.9 of 2022.

2. C.M.P.No.3591 of 2023 is filed to set aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the 8th review petitioner in Review Petition No.9 of 2022.

3. C.M.P.No.3594 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the proposed parties / review petitioners 9 to 12 as legal representatives of the deceased 8th review petitioner in Review Petition No.9 of 2022.

4. The fact of the death of the 8th review petitioner and the proposed parties are legal representatives of the deceased 8th review petitioner is not in dispute.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons stated to condone the delay of 195 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement, C.M.P.No.3587 of 2023 is allowed. Consequently, C.M.P.No.3591 of 2023 is allowed. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.3594 of 2023 is also allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in cause title and list the Review Application on 13.11.2024 at 02.15 p.m. 23.10.2024 raja
