ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to demarcate the petitioner property situated at Survey No.775/9 in Patta No.983 at Paramathi Village, Namakkal District by disposing the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2022 and the reminder representation dated 16.11.2023.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation dated 16.06.2022 to demarcate her property and also paid requisite fee through E-challan on the same day and subsequently, made a reminder dated 22.02.2023 and also paid a sum of Rs.800/-. However, no action was taken. Subsequently, the petitioner sent several reminders. 2/6

However, there was no response. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed before this Court.

3. Mr.T.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and since this writ petition is filed seeking a simple writ of mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation to demarcate the petitioner's property, this Court without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2022 and the reminder dated 22.02.2023 and issue notice to the petitioner and to the adjacent land owners of the four boundaries of the subject property and also to the interested parties/rival claimants/objectors if any, as the case may and conduct enquiry in the manner known to law if already not conducted and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law if already not passed, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. There shall be no order as to costs. 20.02.2024 ksa-2 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No 4/6
