ORDER

The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) of BNS, 2023 r/w 5 and 7(3) of Lotteries Regulation Act, 1998 altered to 1/4

318(4), 112 of the BNS r/w 5 and 7(3) of Lotteries Regulation Act, 1998 in connection with the case in Crime No.10 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in the aforesaid Crime Number.
