The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent authorities to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2016 and 06.10.2016, and issue building plan sanction to the petitioner in respect of its property measuring vacant land of 1920 sq.ft.

being comprised in S.F.No.236/2, Pongalur Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the third respondent has sent a letter dated 21.04.2017 to the petitioner to submit fresh application along with all the necessary documents. Further, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that in the light of the letter written by the third respondent dated 21.04.2017, the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted the application on 04.05.2017 along with all the relevant documents pursuant to the letter dated 21.04.2017.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 04.05.2017 submitted along with all the required documents and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
