O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the FIR based on the CSR No.96/2015 dated 13.05.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police as against the alleged accused Loganathan S/o Chinniyyappa Gounder, his wife and his brothers Nataraj and Chinnadurai and investigate the aforesaid case in a proper manner and file a Final Report.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 13.05.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police and the same was closed.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
