Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.M.SANTHARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 20.12.2019, made in Crl.O.P.No.34244 of 2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Further the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five Thousand only) to the credit of Sittar Koodam, Num Kulandhaigal Illam, 9/24, Arutpa Nagar, Kallikudi, Madurai District, having account at Canara Bank, Anna Nagar Branch, Chennai (A/c.No.974101551807, IFSC No.CNRB0000974 ), within a period of one weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
