PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned order dated 28.9.2013 in proceeding No.82305/E3/2013 issued by the first respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to release the vehicle.

Neither the learned counsel for the petitioner nor the petitioner is present in Court when the case is called. On the previous occasion i.e on 23.11.2016, when the matter was taken up, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
