This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.02.2014 and investigate the same and file a final report within the stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint dated 05.02.2014, investigation was completed and closed as early on 29.04.2014 as civil in nature.

5. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
