These applications are filed only to condone the delay in bringing the legal heirs of the 7th respondent on record. Since the 7th respondent died it is not disputed, that his legal heirs are absolutely necessary. Accordingly, these applications are ordered.

2.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and carry out the amended copy of the plaint.

3.Post on 08.04.2024 and thereafter, the notice will be sent to the newly added parties.
