Prayer in W.P.No.2238 of 2015: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd and 3rd respondents respectively in letter No.330/SE/TEDC/DFC/ TPR/RCS/AS/A2/F.HT.Sc.No.109/2014 dated 12.11.2014 and consequential Bill No.109 dated 31.12.2014 in Item No.14 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the Tariff Order issued by the Regulatory Commission and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to retain the Industrial Tariff (H.T.Tariff I-A) and collect the Tariff accordingly from the petitioner Poultry Chick Farm.
