This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 20.03.2012 made in I.A.No.291 of 2010 in A.S.No.7 of 2011 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court in E.P.No.101 of 2017 before the Sub Court, Ulundurpet and the Execution Proceedings was also terminated on 14.11.2017 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect and hence, nothing survives in this Revision.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
