This is a petition to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mrs. G. Hema, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. K.V. Sajeev Kumar, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondent.

Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying this civil miscellaneous petition and also considering the 'no objection' expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent, the aforesaid delay is condoned and this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
