ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.S.Karthik Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
2. Encroachment is alleged on a "Kuttai". The Tahsildar shall call for a survey to be conducted preferably within three months from today and depending upon the report of the survey, further steps shall be undertaken immediately.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
