This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners in connection with his son Yuvaraj.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate submitted that there is no FIR or petition enquiry is pending as against the petitioner and the petitioner is not required for enquiry. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents that there is no FIR or petition enquiry is pending as against the petitioner, this Court is of the view that there is no need to pass any order in this Criminal Original Petition
