W.M.P.No.4110 of 2022 in W.P.No.818 of 2022 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J.
Heard on the application for impleadment.
Learned counsel for the applicant has referred to the Official Language Rules, 1976 to show that the writ petition has been filed ignoring the said Rules and therefore, the applicant is to be impleaded as party respondent in the writ petition.
We find the aforesaid ground can be taken by the Government to defend the issue. They can raise all the issues on facts as well as on law.
Therefore, the impleadment is denied and, accordingly, the application is dismissed.
