The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the records FIR in Cr.No.6 of 2017 on the file of 1st respondent Police and quash the same against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that during investigation in Cr.No.6 of 2017, compromise has been arrived between the parties and hence, the law enforcing agency has dropped the action against the petitioners. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the considered view that nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition.
