2.The contesting respondents 2, 3 and 5 submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present applications. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to allow the present petitions. Accordingly the petitions are ordered as prayed for.
