C.M.P.No.3386 of 2021 in S.A.No.161 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., This petition has been filed to produce the order dated 05.06.2008 made in O.A.No.47 of 2003 on the file of the DRT, Coimbatore and mark it as Ex.B.15.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the present petition has been ordered by this Court vide order dated 19.03.2021 in C.M.P.No3391 of 2021. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
