Mr.R.Subramanian, Central Government Standing Counsel takes notice for first respondent, Mrs.R.L.Karthika, learned Page No.2 of 6
Government Advocate takes notice for the second and fourth respondents, Mr.R.Kistan, learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent and M.Rajendiran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for R5 and R6. With the consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2024 and for a consequential direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to initiate suitable proceedings against the respondents 6 and 7 .
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he filed a writ petition in W.P.No.12744 of 2024 as a Public Interest Litigation to dispose his representation dated 29.01.2024 and reminder dated 02.02.2024 as against the Revenue and Panchayat Officials in respect of the misuse of Jal Jeevan JTM-FHTC scheme under Central Government 15th Commission funds and creating fraudulent receipts and misuse the funds of the Panchayat. The said writ petition was disposed of on 18.07.2024. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner sent a representation dated 06.09.2024 to the Page No.3 of 6
respondents 1 to 5 and initiate proceedings against the respondents 6 and 7 to safe guard the public fund allotted by the Central Government for the said Scheme and the said representation was duly received by the respondents and the same was not considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has given a representation dated 06.09.2024 pursuant to the order dated 18.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.12744 of 2024.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the representation of the petitioner has already been forwarded by the Assistant Director, District Rural Development, Chengalpttu to the 5th respondent, Block Development Officer dated 27.11.2024 and the same will be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time stipulated by this Court.
6. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and also perused the materials available on records.

7. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the case, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2024 after giving due notice to the petitioner as well as the 7th respondent, affording an opportunity of personal hearing, on merits and pass appropriate orders, and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
