Prayer in CRP.(PD)No.1642 of 2015. : Civil Revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decretal order passed by the Principal District Court, Salem dated 26.06.2012 in Tr.O.P.No.96 of 2011 by transferring the suit in O.S.No.130 of 1999 to any other court from the file of the District Munsif Attur.
