This application is filed to extend the time to carryout the amendment in A.No.6800 of 2007, as directed by this Court on 18.11.2008.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and taking note of the fact that almost 14 years had elapsed from the date on which the application was allowed to carryout the amendment in A.No.6800 of 2007 and in order to give an opportunity for the applicant to carryout the amendment, time is extended till 18.04.2022.

4. Applicant is directed to carrout the amendment and the present application is allowed accordingly.

Registry is directed to list the matter on 19.04.2022 after carrying out the amendment.
