Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose the Petitioner's Appeal Dt.09/09/2020 requesting him to set aside the subdivision patta issued by the Tahsildar, Tirvallur Taluk, Tiruvallur in favour of various person in respect of his property comprised in S.No.104/3 measuring 1.31 Acres situated at 86 Pakkam Village, Tiruvalur Taluk and District and issue joint patta in favour of the Petitioner and his brothers and sisters viz., Krishnan, Valiappan, Andal and Mangai, in respect of the above property. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose the Petitioner's Appeal Dt.09/09/2020 requesting him to set aside the subdivision patta issued by the Tahsildar, Tirvallur Taluk, Tiruvallur in favour of various person in respect of his property comprised in S.No.104/3 measuring 1.31 Acres situated at 86 Pakkam Village, Tiruvallur Taluk and District and issue joint patta in favour of the Petitioner and his brothers and sisters viz., Krishnan, Valiappan, Andal and Mangai, in respect of the above property. 2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondent and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 12.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the respondent.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
