The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to take necessary action against the accused for ex-communicating the petitioner's family in view of Section 3(1) (zc) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been closed on 06.03.2018.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the present Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
