The order of transfer of the petitioner dated 21.01.2023, is put under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. Today when the matter was called, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the copy of the proceedings of the first respondent herein dated 24.04.2023, whereby the order of transfer of the petitioner dated 21.01.2023 has been revoked. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been met and no effective orders can be passed. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
