Now, on going through the other circumstances, it would appear that on 10.02.2021 itself, ex parte order has been passed against the sole defendant and the matter was directed to be listed before the learned Additional Master No.II, for recording evidence. In the said circumstances, this application has been filed and therefore, it is not necessary to send a notice to the respondent / defendant for considering the prayer sought for in this application.
