2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials.

3. Having regard to the fact that the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent has to be brought on record, this Civil Miscellaneous Petitions is allowed.

4. Post the main Civil Revision Petition on 21.07.2022.
