This petition has been filed to relax the condition of the petitioner imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17037 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26001 of 2024 dated dated 04.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no. 6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26001 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.17037 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26001 of 2024, is now modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
