The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1557 of 2011 dated 01.10.2012, has been complied with. In this regard the Government issued order in letter No.V-15014/ChPT/Court Cell/2017555, dated 02.12.2017.
2. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
