Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent pertaining to the proceedings in Appeal No.20/JS&LA(GSY)/ NC/2015, dated 14.05.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Notary under the provisions of the Notaries Act, 1952 and the Notaries Rules 1956 in Mettur Dam, Salem District, Tamil Nadu.
