Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to send the compliance report as per the guidelines passed by the Supreme Court in Vishaka's case (AIR 1997 SC 3011) pursuant to the Report dated 02.05.2011 of the Committee constituted into complaints of Sexual Harassment in the first respondent Company to R4 to restore the petitioner to his original position as site HR-Head for VTSC, with all consequential benefits and forebear the first respondent from harassing, ill-treating or otherwise interfering with the petitioner's services in the first respondent Company. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to send the compliance report as per the guidelines passed by the Supreme Court in Vishaka's case (AIR 1997 SC 3011) pursuant to the Report dated 02.05.2011 of the Committee constituted into complaints of Sexual Harassment in the first respondent Company to R4 to restore the petitioner to his original position as site HR-Head for VTSC, with all consequential benefits and forebear the first respondent from harassing, ill-treating or otherwise interfering with the petitioner's services in the first respondent Company.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he had handed over the entire bundle along with the change of vakalat as early as on 13.06.2022 itself. However, even till today, the petitioner failed to engage any counsel to represent on his behalf. Therefore, it shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue with this petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
