The learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, vide letter dated 22.09.2020, requested to extend the time for disposal of the case in O.S.No.508 of 2012 pending on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur as directed by this Court vide order dated 06.08.2019 in CRP(PD) No.1656 of 2015.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the said communication, this Court is inclined to extend the time by six months for disposal of the suit.

Accordingly, the learned I Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur, is directed to dispose of the case in O.S.No.508 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
