ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No. 168 of 2019 on the file of the respondent within the stipulated period.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.168 of 2019, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered the FIR in Crime No.168 of 2019, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks one month time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
4.Recording the same, the respondent Police is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed 2/4
