service with effect from 31.01.2020 with all consequential and attendant benefits.

ORDER

The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 30.01.2020.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that, against the petitioner, final order has been subsequently passed on 18.07.2020 itself. Therefore, he contended that nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

4.The submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader is taken on record.

5.As rightly contended by the learned Additional Government Pleader, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition as already punishment has been imposed.

6.In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given 2/4

to the petitioner to challenge the final order in accordance with law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
