However, notice sent to the respondents 4 and 5 returned with the endorsement 'Door locked'.

2.The appellant shall take fresh notice to the respondents 4 and 5 returnable by 17.11.2021 both through Court as well as privately.

3.Meanwhile, steps shall be taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the sole appellant.
