Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the Principal Labour Court, Chennai-104, relating to the order of the second respondent in Claim Petition No.592 of 2005 dated 12.2.2013, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent race club to pay a sum of Rs.86,760/- to each of the petitioners together with interest at 12% p.a. from the date of money become due.

This writ petition was listed for hearing on 17.09.2019. On that day, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Thus, the case was directed to be listed on 18.09.2019, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.09.2019, in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioners, the case was directed to be listed after two weeks.
