CMP.Nos.3028 & 3029 of 2021 in CRP (NPD) No. 4822 of 2015 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN., J, These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the sole respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.
