ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 4 th and 5 th respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner seeking for survey of the subject property.
2.Heard Mr.V.Logeswaren, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property through two registered Sale Deeds dated 21.10.1988 and 17.05.1989. The petitioner wanted a
3/4 survey to be conducted in the property and hence, he submitted an application and paid the necessary charges on 17.02.2025. That apart, he also made an earlier representation on 13.12.2024 in this regard. Since it did not evoke any response, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 4 th and 5 th respondents to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner seeking for survey of the subject property and the survey shall be conducted, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there are any rival claims, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
