on 29th August and the impugned Order No.76101/1722/DGMS/5A, dated 22nd July 2009 passed by the second respondent, Invalidating Medical Board Proceedings forwarded in respond to the petitioner's representations and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with seniority and with all consequential monetary benefits or the petitioner may be compensated with the exemplary compensation of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakh Only) with Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) as against the AGI Scheme.
