2. In the last line in paragraph 8 of the judgment dated 24.11.2022, it has been wrongly mentioned as "the appeal may be dismissed" whereas it should be "the appeal may be allowed". The correction shall be carried out and a fresh corrected copy of the judgment may be issued to the parties.

3. In all other aspects, the earlier judgment dated 24.11.2022 shall remain unaltered.
