The petitioner seek anticipatory bail in Crime No.42 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 147,447, 294(b), 379 and 506(2) of I.P.C r/w Section 3(1) of T.N. Public Property ( Prevention of Damages and Loss) Act, 1992

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner herein is not an accused in this case.
