Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to extent the licence of collecting toll/fees of weekly market (Weekly Santhai) held on every Sundays and of daily market, Goat Cutting Tank and work order of removing street wastes at Pappampadi Panchayat, Tharamangalam Panchayat Union, Omalur Taluk, Salem District for the further period of 3 years from 1/4/2019 to 31/3/2022 to the petitioner by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 9/1/2019 within the specific period of time fixed by this Court.
