O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the complaint given by the defacto complainants under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, except under due process of law. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that there is no such alleged harassment by the respondent police. He further submitted that the petitioner is also willing to settle the amount with the complainants.

3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
