These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 2625 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st appellant in A.S.No.53 of 2011; To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st appellant in A.S.No.53 of 2011; To bring on record the petitioners 3 to 5 / proposed parties as the Legal Representatives of the deceased 1st appellant Vijayaragavan @ Ravi as appellants 3 to 5 in A.S.No.53 of 2011.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these civil miscellaneous petitions. The petition in C.M.P.No.3663 of 2020, to condone the delay of 2625 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st appellant is allowed and the delay stands condoned. The abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant is set aside and C.M.P.No.3666 of 2020 is allowed. Petitioners 3 to 5 are ordered to be brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant as appellants 3 to 5 in the appeal suit and the petition in C.M.P.No.3671 of 2020 is allowed.
