In the above said petition, by an order dated 09.03.2021, this Court extended the time till 22.03.2021, on condition, for making payment of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of O.S.No.1478 of 2006 on the file of XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, failing which, the order passed by this Court in Cmp.No.3171 of 2021 in CRP.No.2816 of 2007, dated 13.03.2020 shall stand automatically cancelled. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has complied with the condition and deposited the said amount to the Registry, City Civil Court, Chennai on 19.03.2021. Accordingly, the petition in Cmp.No.3171 of 2021 in CRP.No.2816 of 2007 is ordered as prayed for. 3.Registry is directed to number the restoration petition and list the matter on 29.03.2021 for arguments.
