Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the order of the 3rd respondent dated 20.03.2012 in Na.Ka.No.894/2012/Tho.Ve.Koo.Ka.Sa and the consequential order of the 3rd respondent dated 29.03.2012 in Na.Ka.No.894/2012 Visa and the order of the 4th respondent dated 31.03.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the retirement benefits on the basis of the time scale pay fixed to the petitioner as per G.O.Ms.No.185, Cooperation, Food & Consumer Protection Department dated 29.12.2010.
