Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners should report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.23488 of 2021 order dated 07.12.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.G.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23488 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 07.12.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.23488 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, on first working day of every month at 10.00a.m., till filing of the final report.
