Divya Davloor v. Harshavardhan Davloor
C.M.P.No.3487 of 2020 in C.M.A. No.4261 of 2019 M.M.SUNDRESH,J.
and KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J.
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking to modify the order dated 07.02.2020 passed in C.M.A.No.4261 of 2019, the present petition has been filed by the appellant.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that it is not only the respondent who comes from Hyderabad to visit the child but also his aged parents.
4.We do not find any reason to modify the order passed. Prima facie, it appears to be an extension of dispute between the parties. The appellant has also filed a petition for divorce in Hyderabad, after the withdrawal of the G.W.O.P.
5.In view of the above, this petition is dismissed. (M.M.S.J.) (K.R.J.) 14.02.2020 mmi http://www.judis.nic.in
